Ten years ago, our leadership was dictatorial, and people were driven by fear. As a result, we faced a high turnover rate, and our results fell short of our expectations. Recognizing the need for change, our top leaders came together to create a powerful and compelling purpose: To create Inclusive Prosperity.
This decision prompted us to take drastic action: we inverted our pyramid structure, implemented communication channels for our 80,000 employees, and completely revamped our leadership style. We continue to practice Freedom at Work because it has propelled us to achieve better results.
