The Wrong Approach to Assessment:
Measuring Outcomes

Are you wasting valuable time and money measuring the outcomes rather than the cause of the problems in your culture?

If yes, then you’re taking the wrong approach to what
creates a healthy culture and drives results. Stop measuring outcomes (like the ones listed below) and instead measure what causes the outcomes you really want to achieve.

Why aren’t there more organizations certified by WorldBlu?

Unlike other certifications and awards that are given by an outside panel of judges or based on essays and organizational "propaganda," earning the WorldBlu certification is based on what your employees share with us based on the WorldBlu 10 Principles of Organizational Democracy. Organizational democracy is the optimal organizational system for unlocking human potential and achieving break-through bottom-line results. Since we are measuring the level of organizational democracy, the framework for freedom within your organization, we believe in hearing from the voice of your people on your practice of the 10 principles of organizational democracy across three key dimensions: leadership, employee participation, and most importantly, your systems and processes. Therefore, getting certified is a very high standard to achieve, making our certification one of the most prestigious and rigorous organizational awards in the world to earn.
