Any for-profit, non-profit or educational organization with 5 or more employees that has been in operation for at least one year can apply to become a WorldBlu certified Freedom-Centered Organization. 

How does it work?

A select number of your employees take the Freedom at Work Scorecard, which takes about 10 minutes to complete. If your aggregated score is 3.5 (or higher) out of 5.0, your organization earns our prestigious certification. 

What does it cost
and what's included?

The tiered Freedom at Work Scorecardfee, based on annual revenue, includes full results, a two-hour consultation with tailored recommendations, credit towards WorldBlu top programs, unrestricted logo usage, a digital toolkit, a profile on our website, an invitation to our annual Summit and awards gala, speaking opportunities, and access to a global community of excellence.
