The Masters' Circle 2020 begins with a synopsis of the Freedom at Work™ model, with key tips on how to cultivate a Freedom-Centered Mindset, the #1 thing you must hire for to grow a Freedom-Centered Culture, listening skills, what it means to be a Freedom-Centered Leader, insider tips on the Freedom at Work Scorecard, how to quickly transform your culture with 4 key “secrets” . . . and much more!

Monday | Nov. 9th | Showcase

The afternoon session will be all about showcasing WorldBlu List 2020 companies. Ten companies will be selected to present 10 fresh and proven best practices in each of the WorldBlu 10 Principles of Organizational Democracy.

Their practical and at times unconventional ideas will help you solve pressing culture problems using a freedom-centered rather than fear-based approach.

Tuesday | Nov. 10th | Strategy

Back by popular demand, we will begin the day focused on helping you with your culture strategy through a facilitated peer assist process.

Participants will be divided into groups relevant to their organizational title/position to talk through challenges, get advice and insights from fellow peers and connect more deeply using our proven peer assist model.

In the afternoon, will have surprise guest speakers who will “stretch” you to think in some powerful new ways about how to build a Freedom-Centered Culture so that your organization is even more profitable, successful and has an environment everyone – including you – loves!

The Night of Honor 

The WorldBlu Night of Honor, is the Academy-awards of our movement, and will take place at a beautiful surprise location that you won’t want to miss!

This is a black-tie/evening gown gala, dinner, and awards ceremony that will also include a surprise guest speaker that you simply cannot hear anywhere else!

The evening will also include multiple awards, including the 10 “best practice” awards in each of the 10 Principles of Organizational Democracy that will be voted on by you, our community. 

The WorldBlu Spirit and Lifetime Achievement awards will also be presented. It will be an evening to remember!

Wednesday | Nov. 11th | Experience Day

Members of the WorldBlu community often tell us is how much they love spending time together, so we're planning an Experience Day!

While we are still planning the details of the day, it will be an immersive experience into democracy, the unique history of the region, amazing food, and fun. Mark your calendars to enjoy a day of unforgettable experiences with the tribe!

What is the WorldBlu Masters’ Circle event?
The WorldBlu Masters Circle 2020 is a two-day event only for the masters – those top organizations that hit the high standard of becoming a WorldBlu certified Freedom-Centered Culture in 2020 – to come together and share best practices, insights, tips, and camaraderie.

Who can attend the Masters’ Circle event?
The WorldBlu Masters' Circle is exclusively for the C-suite and HR/People leaders (or equivalent) of the organizations on the WorldBlu List of Freedom-Centered Cultures 2020.
What are the prerequisites for attending the WorldBlu Masters’ Circle event?

In order for an organization to attend the exclusive WorldBlu Master's Circle 2020, they need to become a WorldBlu certified Freedom-Centered Culture by October 1, 2020.

To do this, they need to take the WorldBlu Freedom at Work Scorecard and become certified. Any organization with 10 or more employees and $1 million or more in annual revenue is eligible to take the Freedom at Work Scorecard. If they achieve our high standard, they become certified and receive an exclusive invitation to the WorldBlu Masters' Circle. 

Who will be speaking at the WorldBlu Masters’ Circle?

The speakers at the WorldBlu Masters Circle will include WorldBlu's Founder, Traci Fenton, and other members of the WorldBlu tribe.

Also speaking will be select top leaders of WorldBlu certified Freedom-Centered Cultures 2020 and several surprise guest speakers.

I'm so busy, why should I attend the WorldBlu Masters' Circle?

The WorldBlu Masters' Circle is an event like no other because it's the only event in the world exclusively for organizations on the WorldBlu List of Freedom-Centered Cultures 2020. 

This high-caliber group allows us to go deep into the Freedom at Work model, have discussions that are more advanced and strategic, and enables leaders to create highly valuable friendships with other top leaders worldwide who are rewriting the rules of business with freedom rather than fear and control. 

Everyone's schedule is busy, but with the Masters' Circle, leaders get a very important two days to slow down, think, connect, and improve their leadership, performance, and culture in a meaningful and fun environment. It's an event worth prioritizing. 

What is the Night of Honor?
The Night of Honor is our black-tie gala dinner and awards ceremony that honors leaders advancing freedom and democracy worldwide in the way they run their organizations.
Is there a limit on the number of people who can attend?
Yes, our space is limited to 100 participants. 
What does it cost to attend the Masters' Circle?

The cost for the WorldBlu Masters' Circle is $2,497/person if you register by July 31st and $2,997/person if you register after July 31st. 

The ticket includes:

All materials

2 breakfasts

2 lunches

All coffee breaks

The Night of Honor dinner and awards gala

The ticket does not include accommodation or dinner on Monday, Nov. 9th. 

Discounted tickets are not available due to the quality of the event.
