This is a 12-month highly transformational culture transformation course. The course begins on the first of each month.

Because this is a top-level culture transformation course that includes one-on-one top coaching, there is an additional fee per organization for the course.

After a successful interview with one of our VPs of Community, your application will be passed to a WorldBlu member for an interview. This is an opportunity for you to ask a WorldBlu member any questions you have about our membership and to connect with others in our top community.

Acceptance into WorldBlu

Once your application is approved by a VP of Community and a member, we will notify you of acceptance of membership. New members gain admission to WorldBlu and all of our member benefits on the first of each month.

What is Freedom at Work?

The proven Freedom at Work™ model, developed by Traci Fenton, is used by hundreds of companies worldwide.

It has three parts to it: mindset, leadership, and organizational design all based on the principles of freedom and organizational democracy.

Who is eligible for membership with WorldBlu?

Membership in WorldBlu is open to top leaders of small to very large organizations committed to building a freedom-centered rather than fear-based workplace.

Two CEO or C-suite leaders and/or the head of HR/People/Talent (or equivalent) at your organization become the key lead members when your organization applies.

We are looking for leaders who have high self-worth, who want to grow their businesses, and who want to create a workplace environment where everyone can realize their fullest potential.

We invite leaders to apply who also want to grow their businesses with Freedom at Work™ and who also want to help advance freedom and democracy in the world through the way they run their organizations.

Do we already need to be practicing freedom and organizational democracy to be eligible for membership?

No, you do not already need to be practicing Freedom at Work or organizational democracy to be eligible for membership with WorldBlu!

All you need is a sincere willingness to build a successful Freedom-Centered Workplace and meet the criteria outlined above. If that's you, then please do apply! 

How many people from my organization can join WorldBlu?

Membership in WorldBlu is for two top leaders from your organization. They must be a CEO/C-Suite/HR/Talent/People-level leader (or equivalent).

These two leaders will be the key leaders engaging in the monthly masterminds and quarterly coaching calls.

Our courses, however, are open to anyone within your organization AND our monthly training sessions are also recorded and can also be shared with your entire organization so everyone can benefit from the training!

Who is not eligible for membership?

Membership is not directly open to solopreneurs, consultants, mid-level managers or employees. Membership is open to leaders who have growing businesses who need our help and meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Membership is not open to leaders trapped in the outdated command-and-control style of leadership, who think that “democracy” means “voting” or not having a leader, and who enjoy controlling their employees through fear.

What is the application process?

If yes, then your application will be passed along to a current WorldBlu member who will also set up an interview with you to answer any questions and tell you more about membership with us.

Finally, if the VP of Community and current member feel that we can successfully serve your organization with our membership, your organization will be accepted into WorldBlu.

What is the nomination process?

If you would like to nominate an organization for WorldBlu, simply click on the “Nominate an Organization” button at the top of this page and submit an application.

Once we receive your nomination, we will do some preliminary research to make sure the nominee meets our membership criteria and that we can serve them well.

If we can, we will reach out with your nomination to them and invite them to apply for membership with WorldBlu.

We admit new members on a rolling basis and we welcome your nominations anytime!

How many new members do you accept each year?

So that we can best serve all of our members, we are currently accepting up to 100 new members each year at this time.

What is included with WorldBlu membership?

Your membership includes over a dozen membership benefits including quarterly coaching, world-class courses, a monthly mastermind group, tickets to our live events, monthly training, and much more. Please see above for a full list of membership benefits!

Think of your membership in WorldBlu like joining a gym. Typically, when one joins a gym, you don’t attend every class or take advantage of everything the gym offers. You choose to do what works for you.

We’ve worked had to create an awesome “gym” based on 20+ years of experience, where you can select which membership benefits you want to engage with to help you grow. We're also here to also help customize your perfect "workout" plan with you!

 

Do we really have the time to become a member?
