How Our Membership Process Works

Complete Our Application

Click on the "Apply to Join" button on this page and complete our short application. One of our Chiefs of Membership + Community will read your application and be in touch within 1-2 business days letting you know if your application has advanced to the next step. (Please note: We do not accept all applications.)

Step 2
Interview with a Chief of Membership + Community

Once we receive your application, one of our Chiefs of Membership + Community will reach out within 1-2 business days to set up a time for an interview with you. 

Step 3
Application Reviewed by our Membership Team

After a successful interview with one of our Chiefs of Membership + Community, your application will be passed to the WorldBlu Membership Team for final review and approval. 

Step 4
Acceptance into WorldBlu

Once your application is approved by a Chief of Membership + Community and our WorldBlu Membership Team, we will notify you of your acceptance of membership. New members gain admission to WorldBlu and all of our member benefits on the first day of each month.

Step 5
Connect with Other Members

Once accepted into WorldBlu, we will connect you with a current member so you can share ideas, make new friends, and feel welcomed into our global community!

Who is eligible for membership with WorldBlu?

Free membership in WorldBlu is open to any leader at the Champion level, regardless of their title. 

Our Leader Membership is open to CEOs (or equivalent), including business owners, entrepreneurs, solorpreneurs, C-suite leaders and top leaders who want to learn how to lead with  Freedom at Work™.

Our CEO membership is to CEOs (or equivalent, with 5+ employees), who want to learn how to lead themselves and their team with Freedom at Work™.

Our Organizational Membership is open to CEOs (and equivalent, with 5+ employees) who want to transform their culture and teach their employees how to lead with Freedom at Work™.

We are looking for CEOs and top leaders who have high self-worth, want to become a better leader and grow their team or organization, and who want to build a more freedom-centered and democratic world.

Do I/we already need to be practicing Freedom at Work to be eligible for membership?

No, you do not already need to be practicing Freedom at Work or organizational democracy to be eligible for membership with WorldBlu.

What is the application process?

Your application will be read by one of our Chiefs of Community who will set up an interview to make sure our membership will serve you well.

If yes, then your application will be passed along to our membership team who will review and decide to approve it or not.

Finally, if a Chief of Community and the membership team feel that we can successfully serve you with our membership, then you will be accepted into WorldBlu.

What is the nomination process?

Once we receive your nomination, we will reach out to your nominee and invite them to apply for membership with WorldBlu.

What is included with WorldBlu membership?

Depending on your membership level, you will have access to dozens membership benefits, including world-class courses, coaching, a monthly mastermind group, tickets to our live events, monthly training, special events, and much more. How much does it cost to become a member?

The cost of WorldBlu membership is based on which membership level you choose. We even have a free membership - our Champion level!

How much is a "point" worth?

Each member receives a certain number of points, or licenses, towards whichever courses they want to complete each year, in addition to all of the other benefits that come with membership.

Each point is worth $2,997. In other words, if a course costs one point, the cost of that course is normally $2,997. If a course costs two points, that course costs $5,994, etc. 

Any member can buy more points if they want to take more courses than the allotted number of points included with their membership for $1,997 per point. Simply let us know and we will get you set up!

How much do your courses cost?

If you would like to add additional courses to your membership that are not already included, you are welcome to do so for an additional fee. 

Each course costs a certain number of points. Each point costs $2,997. So if a course is one point, it's $2997. If a course is 2 points, it's $5,994, etc. 

For example, The Fearless Purpose course is an 8-week course that costs $2,997/person and includes the entire course, all materials, and eight live group coaching sessions, one each week. You also get lifetime, FREE access to take the course again anytime you'd like as long as you are a member of WorldBlu. (Discover more here.)

What happens once I finish a course? Can I take it again?

As long as you are a member of WorldBlu and have previously purchased the course, you get lifetime, unlimited, and FREE access to any course again anytime you'd like!

If you want to add 1:1 coaching to any of the courses, that will be an additional fee, but the course and all group coaching sessions for the course are free to you as long as you are a member and have previously purchased the course. 

Many of our members love taking our life-changing courses over and over again as they deepen their practice of living, leading, and working in freedom.

Do I really have the time to become a member?

Yes, you do! Membership in WorldBlu will help you massively accelerate your journey to developing a freedom-centered mindset, leadership skills, and organizational culture at your team or organization -- and who doesn't have time for that?!
