What is the Freedom at Work model?

The proven Freedom at Work™ model, developed by Traci Fenton, is used by hundreds of companies worldwide.

It has three parts to it: mindset, leadership, and organizational design. 

You can learn all about the Freedom at Work model here. 

Who is eligible for membership with WorldBlu?

Membership in WorldBlu is open to individual leaders, CEOs, and top leaders of teams in small to very large organizations who want to lead themselves, their team, or their organization with freedom.

We are looking for top leaders who have high self-worth, want to become a better leader and grow their team or organization, and who want to build a more freedom-centered, just, and democratic world.

Do I/we already need to be practicing Freedom at Work to be eligible for membership?

No, you do not already need to be practicing Freedom at Work or organizational democracy to be eligible for membership with WorldBlu.

All you need is a sincere willingness to grow as a leader and meet the criteria outlined above. If that's you, then please do apply! 

Who is not eligible for membership?

Leaders who are insecure, not willing to grow, and unwilling to invest in themselves or their employees, would not benefit from membership in the WorldBlu leadership community.

What is the application process?

Each point is worth $1,997. In other words, if a course costs one point, the cost of that course is normally $1,997. If a course costs two points, that course costs $3,994, etc. 

Any member can buy more points, or licenses if they want to take more courses than the allotted number of points each year for $1,997 per point. Simply let us know and we will get you set up!

How much do your courses cost?

If you would like to add additional courses to your membership that are not already included, you are welcome to do so for an additional fee. 

Each course costs a certain number of points. Each point costs $1997. So if a course is one point, it's $1997. If a course is 4 points, it's $7,988, etc. 

For example, The Fearless Purpose course is an 8-week course that costs $1,997/person and includes the entire course, all materials, and eight group coaching sessions, one each week. What happens once I finish a course? Can I take it again?

As long as you are a member of WorldBlu and have previously purchased the course, you get lifetime, unlimited, and FREE access to take the Fearless Purpose or Fearless Mindset courses again anytime you'd like!

If you want to add 1:1 coaching to any of the courses, that will be an additional fee, but the course and all group coaching sessions for the course are free to you as long as you are a member and have previously purchased the course. 

Many of our members love taking our life-changing courses over and over again as they deepen their practice of living, leading, and working in freedom!

Do I really have the time to become a member?

Yes, you do! Membership in WorldBlu will help you massively accelerate your journey to developing a freedom-centered mindset, leadership skills, and organizational culture at your team or organization -- and who doesn't have time for that?!
