HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?The Leading with Reflection + Evaluation course is a 12-week course delivered through our premier BluSpark gamified learning platform.
The course also includes 12 live, optional hour-long weekly group coaching sessions and optional 1:1 bi-weekly coaching (available for an additional fee). Both the group coaching and the 1:1 coaching are delivered by a top WorldBlu Transformational Coach.

When we started DreamHost in 1997 we knew immediately that the traditional top-down style of management wasn’t going to work for us - we wanted to give our team a voice and a say in the direction of the company.
