A Two-Day Exploration
In order to achieve our goal, we convened CEOs, inspiring thought-leaders, authors, and mavericks who spoke about why democracy is a key to an organization’s competitive advantage and how it’s changing the way we live our lives - in the worlds of music, entertainment, sports, education, media and more.
The Gallup organization reports that nearly two-thirds of the US workforce is disengaged at work, talent wars are heating up, and business leaders are looking for ways to not just build a successful business but also change the world in the process. WorldBlu LIVE offered a two-day exploration into these timely and dynamic issues.
In addition to the fascinating presentations, conversations, and networking opportunities with people from all over the world, registration at WorldBlu LIVE entitled each participant to experience a performance of the democratic and conductor-less Grammy-award winning Orpheus Chamber Orchestra at Carnegie Hall the evening of Thursday, October 16th.
