Apply Now for the WorldBlu List 2010

We’re delighted that your organization has decided to apply for the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™ 2010, which will be announced on April 13, 2010, Democracy in the Workplace Day. The WorldBlu List will be comprised of organizations that have taken the WorldBlu Democratic Workplace Scorecard™ and scored in the top tier.

The application sign-up deadline for the WordBlu List 2010 is November 30, 2009.

In order to help us cover some of the processing costs associated with the WorldBlu Democratic Workplace Scorecard™ and full assessment report, as well as other benefits your organization will receive, we charge a minimal application fee. WorldBlu is a non-profit organization, and this enables us to continue to offer the award program. For pricing information, see the FAQs page.

Before you fill out the short sign-up form, please have the following ready:

1. Determine if your organization is eligible.
Organizations from all sectors need to have been in operation for at least one (1) full year and need to have at least five (5) regular full-time or part-time employees (not including temps or independent contractors).

2. Obtain the support of the organization’s top leader.

The process asks for confirmation that the top leader (CEO or equivalent) fully supports the organization’s application for the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™, as his or her involvement in the process is absolutely essential.

3. Identify the person who will be the WorldBlu Scorecard Administrator.
The Scorecard Administrator will be responsible for administering the WorldBlu Scorecard to the organization, will receive all updates and the final determination of award status and be the overall main point of contact for WorldBlu.

4. Have the exact number of employees in your organization.
Please have on hand an accurate number of total regular full-time or part-time employees (not including temps or independent contractors). Your organization’s size determines the minimum survey participation rate that you need, which is calculated during the sign-up process.

5. Have the names of departments or teams in your organization.
Have an accurate list of your organization’s department or team names as each survey participant will need to select the specific one to which he or she belongs.

6. Upload your organization’s logo.
You will be asked to upload your organization’s logo during the sign-up process in order to customize the WorldBlu Scorecard’s look for your organization.

7. Complete your payment.
WorldBlu, a non-profit, charges a minimal application fee to help off-set processing costs of the WorldBlu List award program. We accept credit card payments, and also offer invoicing.
