A few days ago I had the very cool opportunity of co-hosting the “Everyday Leadership” radio show with author, leadership expert and the First Gentleman of Michigan, Dan Mulhern. We had three WorldBlu List 2009 awardees on the show: Mark Dowds, CEO of Brainpark, Bill Morales, CEO of Tracer Corporation, and Rodney North, Chief Answer Man and a worker-owner at Equal Exchange.

All of the guests gave very inspiring interviews about why working democratically, “makes [them] sleep easier at night.” The show aired on the Michigan Talk Network this weekend and can be heard online here.
