Touchstone profits from flat structure and position flexibility

In two recent articles by Axiom News, Touchstone’s Vice-President and Director of Consulting, Tony Summerlin, discusses the company’s unique “bubble” structure as well as the ability of employees to assume completely new roles within the company, as long as they have hired a replacement.

According to the article, Touchstone says that these democratic best practices have resulted in high levels of productivity, profitability, job satisfaction, and retention for the Washington, DC based company. Touchstone is a strategy management consulting firm that helps leaders develop, launch, and manage their strategies.
