THE DESIGNBLU SYSTEM™

Interested in making your organization more democratic? Our four-phase process, called the DesignBlu System™, enables our clients to make the transition to organizational democracy and sustain the change.

The DesignBlu System™ was developed from nearly a decade of original research and interactions with leading democratic organizations. Each phase is tailored to our client's unique environment, strategic goals, and business needs.

The DesignBlu System™ includes four phases:
1: DISCOVERY

In the Discovery Phase, our designers guide clients through the WorldBlu Democratic Workplace Scorecard™, providing a unique and comprehensive assessment of an organization's current work environment, through the lens of organizational democracy. The Discovery Phase is critical, revealing an organization's strengths, pinpointing areas for improvement, and mapping the process of change.

2: DEVELOPMENT

In the Development Phase, WorldBlu works to enhance our client's understanding of organizational democracy and freedom-centered leadership. Clients receive strategic training and leadership development through two core seminars, The Democratic Organization™ and The Art of Freedom-Centered Leadership™. Each seminar is tailored to and builds upon the results from the WorldBlu Democratic Workplace Scorecard™. Our goal in this phase is to equip clients with the skills and mind-set needed to successfully design, build, and lead their organizations forward with a democratic leadership and management style.

3: DESIGN

In the Design Phase, WorldBlu works with clients to develop a tailored and comprehensive democratic design plan for their organization. The Design Phase incorporates time-tested best practices in organizational democracy and freedom-centered leadership into the organization.

4: REINFORCEMENT

To help our clients reinforce and further develop democracy within their organization, WorldBlu offers executive coaching programs, refresher seminars, design consulting, and re-assessment services. The Reinforcement Phase helps to ensure that a client's democratic organizational system remains robust and relevant while executives and employees continue to deepen their understanding and practice of organizational democracy and freedom-centered leadership.
