What are the application requirements?
Organizations in the for-profit, non-profit and government sector are invited to apply for the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™.
There are two application requirements:
FIVE OR MORE EMPLOYEES
Any organization applying for the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™ must have at least five (5) regular full-time or part-time employees (not including temporary employees or independent contractors) in order to be eligible for the WorldBlu List.
A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR IN OPERATION
Any organization applying for the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™ must have been in operation for at least one (1) full year in order to be eligible for the WorldBlu List.
