OVERALL SCORECARD RESULTS AVAILABLE AFTER APRIL 14, 2009
All organizations that took the WorldBlu Democratic Workplace Scorecard™ will receive their overall results shortly after the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™ is announced on April 14, 2009.
Each organization's full report is customized to the organization and shows how the organization scored on each of the ten principles of organizational democracy as well as how well the organization is practicing the ten principles at an individual, leadership, and systems and processes level.
The report also includes written feedback submitted by employees during the survey process, survey results grouped by the characteristics of your employees, including by employment status, employment duration, department, management status, and supervisory status, and how your organization's scores compare to the organizations that make the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™.
