All organizations that apply for the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces™ also receive an invitation to WorldBlu LIVE, our annual conference that showcases best practices in organizational democracy from world-class democratic organizations. The next WorldBlu LIVE conference will be held in October 2009. In addition to an invitation to the event, all organizations that applied for the WorldBlu List also receive a 10 percent discount on the conference registration fee.
