Organizational democracy creates agents of world benefit

In an article by WorldBlu List awardee Axiom News, WorldBlu Founder and President Traci Fenton discusses how businesses can use organizational democracy to have a positive impact on the world. The interview comes in the context of a recent United Nations Global Forum on “Business as an Agent of World Benefit: Managing by Designing in an Era of Massive Innovation” at which Fenton spoke.

Fenton states in the article that there are two ways in which the practice of organizational democracy contributes to world benefit: through human development and through “the ripple effect that democratically run companies have on their communities.”
